Alicia Keys started off her movie career with the action comedy titled ‘Smokin’ Aces' alongside Ben Affleck, Ray Liotta, Andy Garcia, Jeremy Piven, and Ryan Reynolds. Alicia plays the role of ruthless assassin named Georgia Sykes. The movie did quite well at the box office and Keys received much praise from her co-stars for her "natural" acting ability.



Alicia's second movie 'The Nanny Diaries’ was released in 2007. The film stars Scarlett Johansson as a working-class woman from New Jersey who becomes a nanny to a wealthy Manhattan family. Keys takes on the role of Johansson’s best friend.



Powered by her good looks and talent Alicia seems to be slowly making her mark in Hollywood and maybe the day is not far when she would add an Oscar to her glorious collection of awards that already includes 9 Grammy awards.
